Fantastic! Not a tear! Welinda is lovely, very personable and friendly. The children hugged her on arrival and all went well from there. She texted me to inform me they fell asleep just after 7.30pm and didn’t waken again! An easy night for her and credit to her that they felt so comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the babysitting service from Cloud Nine! Joan came to look after my son Alfie, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment she arrived, Joan made Alfie feel comfortable and at ease. She was professional, kind, and clearly experienced, engaging Alfie with fun activities and keeping him entertained the entire time, he particularly enjoyed the park, she sent updates and photos, he had so much fun!
I felt completely at ease knowing Alfie was in such caring hands. Joan’s warm personality and attentiveness were truly exceptional, and I will definitely be using Cloud Nine again. Highly recommend to any parent looking for trustworthy and reliable care!

It was amazing! Jennie was fantastic. Really reassured me and made me feel at ease before leaving. She immediately appeared caring and knowledgeable. Even while our daughter was sleeping, she took care of sterilizer and bottle, which was super helpful. We’d love to hire her again in the future!

I just want to say how much of a credit Josephine is to cloud 9. She was amazing and fitted in like a glove. We were worried it would take her time to settle but she made a positive impact almost immediately which made our time in Dubai stress free

Amihra was absolutely fantastic, she made a huge difference to our holiday and was brilliant with the children. Our youngest one learned lots of new skills and really developed in Amihra’s care, and our older one loved playing with her and trusted her right away. Yesterday Haidi came to our house and she was so lovely with our children, very professional, a great listener and the kids adored her. We will definitely ask her to come back next time we need a babysitter (and she was great with our dog too) and use CloudNine Kids!

She has a wonderful energy and is very creative to spend time with a baby making him engage at all times. You should bare this in mind to only send her to your top clients and especially to nice people who will give the right value to her capacities!

What a life saving service. I used cloud nine once my maternity leave ended and truly.. they sent me an angel and her name was Jenny. Cecille was very nice, pleasant and she seemed to worry about doing the right thing which is reassuring for a mum when you leave your baby and go to a different city! I know she just wanted to make sure she updated me since I asked for updates before I left, which was cute and shows how much she cared. She was super enthusiastic with S and I could tell right away that she is made for the job. It’s nice to see someone who loves babies. She cleaned the bunch of dirty bottles and baby dishes I had left, which saved me some energy as I got back at midnight, so very much appreciated. We would definitely feel comfortable having her again in the future.

Lovely lady, Jojo. I spent just a few minutes with her on arrival, briefed her and then left. She made a good impression right from the beginning and everything was in order when we got back. Baby was happy and seemed well taken care of, so all in all, would I like to see Jojo back? Yes. Would I recommend you to someone else? Yes.

Good morning, Saturday evening went well, was lovely to meet Dympna. She was great with the kids and very professional. She sent me a summary of her evening with the kids (like what they ate/ how the older 2 went to bed/time etc) which I didn’t ask her to do but was so lovely of her. I know we’ve met a lot of the nannies who work with Cloud Nine now (I think there’s maybe only 1 we haven’t!🤣) and it must be hard for them to come into a new family but I have to say they have all been great with the kids and so professional which for me makes leaving the kids with someone I’ve not met so much easier.

Just a quick note to say how much we loved Jo! This was our first babysitting experience, and although we were home (albeit cooking in the kitchen all day for a dinner party), it was AMAZING to see how she interacted with our daughter – she was creative, patient, and extremely friendly. I think we may have found our saviour. I know you can’t always guarantee her, but where you can, we will definitely be back! Thank you.

Lovely, truly helpful management team. The nannies we’ve had through cloud 9 have been so professional and friendly. On the one (rare) occasion we had a bit of a mismatch for our family, management were so quick and resourceful to provide a solution. Will definitely continue to use cloud 9 for occasional weekend support and to substitute our live-in nanny during her holidays. Highly recommend!

We have used CloudNine Kids and I cannot express how amazing the nanny we had from there was!! A lot of the nannies there are already nursery teachers or assistants so know exactly what to do with your little one and how to stimulate them to ensure they thrive. CloudNine were incredibly helpful and supportive which made going back to work so much easier for me. Every day I would come home and our little one had learnt something new and got to do lots of arts and crafts.

I was very happy using your services honestly Shiela was so good with my boy, I am beyond happy, you have won me over from using any other caregiving service, 5 full stars! I’ve already told all my mom friends about CloudNine💗👏🏼 For sure will be working with you in the future! I felt Shiela was educated specifically for my toddlers needs (with activities etc..) and she completely removed screen time which i thought was impossible before her. Please keep up whatever training you give your employees it makes your services outstanding compared to anything else I’ve ever tried

Attending the workshop with CloudNine kids was such an amazing experience, when it comes to childcare it’s very important for any one working with young Children to be well trained. Yes I agree some of us are teachers or some are nannies with many years of experience but we have to also know that time keeps changing and so do the children and their needs. CloudNine Kids training gave me confidence to be a fun, supportive and an understanding teacher. It developed my passion to work with these beautiful young minds and be a part of their early life journey. The course is carefully designed for every person taking care of young children from early year practitioner to new mothers to be and to everyone who has passion to work with children. At the end it was so lovely to meet Ms Angelica and attend this knowledgable session with her, I am extremely confident to be a good teacher to my young children (my chicki monkeys), I can’t thank her enough. Angelica is a fantastic nanny trainer. She came to visit us for two days and taught our nanny everything about safety, nutrition, hygiene and simulation for our two children one of which is a baby and the other a toddler. What I love about Angelica is that she really listens to your concerns and incorporates these into the training. She knew how to speak and connect with our nanny so that she really learned a lot! Even after the course was finished my nanny was still sending her homework on WhatsApp. I can really recommend CloudNine Kids!
