“Since I moved to Dubai over 10 years ago, I have observed and interacted with families and caregivers on a daily basis. I was able to understand the areas in which childcare workers need support and training in the most, as well as the cultural differences, communication breakdowns and expectations of the role. This is why I set up CloudNine Kids”
