Anne De Leon

HR Manager
Anne joined CloudNine Kids in January 2019 as our HR & Admin Coordinator and previously worked in nurseries in Dubai as a Nursery Assistant and Receptionist. Over the years, she has successfully grown to become our HR Manager.
Her role is to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our staff members and to manage all HR and admin matters. Originally from the Philippines, Anne is a proud mother of 2 and works hard to support the education and upbringing of her children. She enjoys taking care of our staff members and ensuring their happiness. Having worked in a nursery environment over the years, she understands what it takes to work with children and families.
She has also successfully completed NCFE CACHE LEVEL 2 Certificate Introducing to Caring for Children and Young People.

Carissa Valentim Du Toit

Childcare Development Manager
Carissa is our Childcare Development Specialist and supports our on-demand Baby and Childcare team. She is also our Lead Trainer & Childcare Expert. Carissa has 7 years’ experience working as a Head Teacher and Centre Manager in a well-reputed group of nurseries in Dubai prior to joining the team. Originally from South Africa, Carissa grew up in Eswanti and Mozambique.
As an experienced Early Years teacher and a full-time guardian of her 5 year old nephew, Carissa greatly understands the relationship between education and the realities of everyday parenting. This enables her to connect and provide practical support to both families and her team.
She has completed NCFE CACHE LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services in 2020. Currently studying Psychology Counselling at UNISA through a long-distance program with focus on family counselling. CPDs include Behaviour Management, Makaton and Importance of Role Play.

Kiara Siddall

Childcare Operations Manager
Kiara is our Childcare Operations Manager handling our on-demand Baby & Childcare team in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. She previously worked for 6 years in a well-established nursery group in Dubai as the Centre Manager and originates from South Africa.
Kiara is a “people person”, she enjoys talking to parents and working with young children. She is the cheerful voice at the end of the phone when calling into the office! With her diverse experience working in a nursery environment, she finds it easy to offer support and talk to families about their requirements, as well as manage her team.
She has completed NCFE CACHE LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services in 2019.

Angelica Robinson

CEO & Childcare Director
Angelica Robinson is the CEO and Childcare Director at CloudNine Kids. Originally from London, UK, Angelica has over 13 years of international experience working as a private Nanny, Governess and Teacher for VIP/HNW families, including 4 years in management at a renowned Childcare and Entertainment company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Angelica has developed the UAE’s first childcare program accredited by Highfield (UK) specifically for the care of young children at home. She also launched the on-demand baby & childcare services and created a recruitment model that gives families access to the best childcare professionals, nannies and governesses. Angelica completed a CACHE Level 2 Advanced Certificate in Early Years Childhood and a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) course.
“Since I moved to Dubai over 10 years ago, I have observed and interacted with families and caregivers on a daily basis. I was able to understand the areas in which childcare workers need support and training in the most, as well as the cultural differences, communication breakdowns and expectations of the role. This is why I set up CloudNine Kids”
